Having never been to Canada my impression of the country has largely been formed by the considerable wealth of stereotypes that depict Canadians as good-natured - if not a little boring – hockey fans who live in government provided igloos and subsist entirely on diets of maple syrup. Cherry Petite - the 23 year old French Canadian you see before you - hasn't done anything to counter these misconceptions, but after viewing her website I have resolved to move to Toronto.
